If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it.

Pricing and errors

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. We try to describe and price products accurately, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we may correct the error and, if the order is affected, cancel it and issue a refund.

Payment and taxes

Payment is due when you place your order unless we have agreed other terms with you in writing. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. Applicable sales or use taxes are added where required.

Shipping, title, and risk of loss

Shipping timeframes, methods, and any restrictions are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unless we state otherwise in writing, title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier.

Returns and refunds

Returns are handled as described on our Shipping & Returns page. In summary, eligible unopened products may be returned within [RETURN WINDOW] of delivery with prior authorisation from us. Some products cannot be returned once opened or once shipped under transportation rules that apply to them.

Product use and claims

Reset ClO₂ products are oxidative deodorizers intended solely for odor neutralization. You agree to use them only as directed and only for that purpose. Our Disclaimer & Product Claims page sets out the regulatory position and the warranty statement that applies to the products, and it forms part of these Terms.

Reset Pure ClO2 is an oxidative deodorizer intended solely for the neutralization of organic and inorganic odors. Reset makes no biocidal claims in the USA. This product is not an EPA-registered pesticide and is not intended for the mitigation of any pests, including mold, bacteria, or viruses.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation.
Scrape, harvest, or copy site content for commercial use without our written permission.
Interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
Misrepresent your identity, your business, or your affiliation with us.
Resell our products in a way that presents them as pesticides, antimicrobials, or public-health products, or that attaches any biocidal or pest-mitigation claim to them.

Intellectual property

The site and its content — including text, images, product photography, logos, and the Reset and CLO2 Remedies names and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, except for the ordinary personal use of viewing the site.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services such as payment providers and analytics tools. We do not control those sites and services and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except where the law does not allow it, the site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The warranty statement on our Disclaimer & Product Claims page applies to the products and is incorporated into these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to the site or the products. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
